3 times a day...

3 TIMES A DAY.
Ok. First of all, thank you, Remi, for insipiring me to write a post about what has happened to my uninteresting interesting life lately. Thank you for your wonderful vocabularies that urged me to do this freakin` thang. To be honest, I really don't want to write a post until I saw your blog. It made me realize to improve my own vocabulary and write nonsense things and random topics other people enjoy.

Starting with the headline...
Horrible week: flooded 3 times a day.

We were actually flooded 4 times this week. What a sheer record for my Book of Sofia's Random Records. Usually, when we are flooded, it happens only once every four years (my big sis. noticed the years). But now it became for like 4 times! Wednesday afternoon when I came home half-happy and half-annoyed by my friends in the school service. They were teasing me about this guy whom I will not mention his name because when they read this... oh boy, they're never gonna stop babbling their puny little mouths and tell their teases over and over again.

Angel, My sister (nice name huh.), went outside and met me by the gate enthusiastically jumping while saying this, "Something happened! something happened!" I don't know if she was trying to tell me good news or bad news.

Well.... It was both.

What do you want? Bad news or good news?
I know you want the bad news first
so let me start with the GOOD NEWS.

Good News: Uncle August (my mom's friend), bought my sister a PSP. and yes, we don't have one until he bought it. :) We never asked for it though, or did we? Hmm.. who knows? I really loved it though. Now, I can lessen my addictness to this computer. SPEAKING OF PSP! I forgot to pull of the charger! Wait... I need to go to our room. '^^

Nevermind. '^^ my sister was too kind to do it for me. xD

Bad News: As I enter the house of my beloved family, I caught the floor wet and Ate Lyn wiping it with an old rug... or cloth. I became worried, of course. She was all alone in the house when the flood pushed its way into our house. And it was rapidly running fast! plus, the level was high. So you'd really panic to the highest level if you were in her shoes. I saw her, already tired from what she was doing. She was working hard... but enough about that. that's not the main idea around here. xD

ok, OFF TOPIC! omgomgomg! I can hear the kitten's MEOW-ness outside! I wanna get it and pet it! D: But I can't! Its mother might kill meh. lol. XD I'm sure glad they came back. ^w^ all with the other kittens. :D ok, back to what we were talking about...

September 26, morning. or was it afternoon? yeah, It was afternoon. WAIIIT! It was morning! 11:00am.

We were already removing the things placed on the ground for them not to be wet by the water. Then when it was... I think 12:45pm. The flood rose and started to rush upon our cemented rock-built building where our family dwells. It didn't get into our house..well it did... but not that much. It was like a spilled gallon of water running on the floor. It wasn't that much so no need to worry. :)

I went outside to see the roads being filled and covered with the flood the rain had brought. it was pretty high yet it was fun to step on. It was like a big puddle of water! Oh wait. It is. I walked towards the river close to our house. We all watched as the men i our neighborhood figure out a way to drain the flood. The women their kept chattering about the flood and the rivers and the garbage being thrown there (when they themselves do those.) Listening to their stupid stories is just a waste of time and a boring one too. So I decided to get close to the river. but not too close. About 5 meters away? It was dangerous. I might fall in and be driven away. So the men (including my dad) finally figured out a way to drain the flood. They tried to open the gate which leads to the river. The river is located waayyy down over there. It generally is a dam and has a tall wall of bricks blocking the view and preventing people to fall. and eventually get lost then die. Wow. I sound like I'm so compatible with death. well, I'm NOT. they kept pushing and pushing AND PUSHING the gate away fromt their body, doing it with all their might until they finally accomplished their mission. All cheered, "HOORAYY!!" And I witnessed the water rushing towards the gate And some areas have holes so I was like seeing mini whirlpools! It was fun to watch nature do its natural thing.

Show's done. all went home to find the floors with left small watter puddles still stuck there. It didn't reach the rooms so we were gladly blessed we don't have to clean the floors again. e let the floor dry on its own then we returned to our usual routine. I, using the computer. My big sis. watching tv turning to the "ETC" channel. or was it Velvet? My lil. sis. using her PSP, Ate Lyn doing the chores, and my father... still outside.

The second flood came right after the first flood did. (Ok, I'm just gonna make this fast `cuz I wanna move on to my other post.) The second flood was dirty, well, it was color brown. The 3rd was worse than than the other two. It was a knee-high flood!but it's ok. nothing bad happened anyway. THANK GOD! ^w^ All is well.

But that's not the end of it...
