JOY DAY 2008 ;]

I was about to use the computer at that time until my sister called me. She was holding a big notebook with blank and already-written-by-me pages. As I went into her room, I saw what was like a journal entitled "JOY DAY." As I started to read it, memories popped up in my mind. I wrote this when I was in 4th grade! ^^ Then after I finished reading it I was like, "WOW! I wrote this? chya~! nooo way?!" I was pretty amazed that I was good in english. ^^ I never thought that I was this good when I was young. (not that I'm boasting or anything. :3)

heya, If ya wanna know what was written there, here it is.

Just tell me if there are any Grammar mistakes. ^^

JOY Day
by Sofia Valdez

Although I am neither a grade 5 student nor a grade 6 sudent, Me and some of my fellow grade 4 pupils joined in that special event. We participated by dancing the doxology and the prelude dance. We enjoyed the JOY day because there were several dance numbers from each section in each level and special numbers from selected 5tha nd 6th graders. Now, what is JOY day? Why do we need to celebrate it? What is it for? One time, I asked some of the grade 5 students, They said (well first of all) JOY day means Joint Occasion for You and me.

It is needed because it improves or develops the talents of grades 5 and 6 through a program inspires them to continue their work since they are becoming mature. JOY day teaches some lessons that other students encounter like table manners, not being shy anymore, and glorifying God through their talents. The 80's was the theme for this year's JOY day. Like what the emcees had said that we should remember the 80`s because it's nice to know some of the things in the past and for ust to understand what is happening in the present times especially nowadays. We were really thankful to God for giving us this opportunity to express our talents. thank you for reading this and may you have a blessed day. ^^
